A native Atlantan, Todd Hale, has practically grown up in the real estate business. Starting his career alongside his mother in Peachtree City in 1988, Todd has extensive knowledge of working with buyers and sellers, as well as, builders and developers. At 22, Todd's vision was to firmly establish himself as an entrepreneur and he quickly started collecting accolades such as "Rookie of the Year" by the Fayette County Board of Realtors. As business grew, Todd decided to move to the "big city" and has made Atlanta his home since 1991.

In addition to marketing and selling pre-owned homes, townhomes, and condos, Todd has spent almost 10 years working hand in hand with some of the city's most accomplished homebuilders and developers. In 2006, as a result of closing over $31,000,000 in real estate, Todd was awarded company-wide "Agent of the Year" by Gail Raper, CEO of Morris & Raper Realtors. In addition, he was nominated by his peers as "Salesperson of the Year" for the Atlanta Homebuilder's Sales and Marketing Council.

Early on, Todd decided rather than being pinned a "pushy salesman" he would utilize assertiveness over aggressiveness in his sales approach. Todd says "aggressiveness translates into pushiness and that's what turns some buyers off. Instead, I assertively desire to consult my clients and assist them in making their own decisions." That's most likely why Todd has made so many friends out of his buyers and sellers over the years.

Since 1973 Patsy Headrick has called Atlanta home. Not only has she raised her children here, she is now showing her grandchildren why she loves this city so much.
